ORDERING + SHIPPING

Beach towels and blankets will be ready to ship within 3–7 business days of processing prior to shipping. We will let you know when we have shipped your order from our studio. Contact us here for information regarding rush shipments and international shipping.

Clothing and bags are made to order in California. Please allow 2-3 weeks to ship.

If there is any issue with your order, please report it here within 7 days of your order delivery date.

Any orders shipped outside of the US may accrue duties or extra charges in customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be added to your international shipment.

RETURNS

Clothing and bags - all sales are final. We guarantee the quality of our products and will repair items for one calendar year. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all repairs.

Beach towels and blankets may be returned for ONE exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in new and unused condition.. Please click here to request a return.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of order delivery. Once your return has been approved, it must be shipped back to us within 7 days. 

Additional terms:
- All items that are marked down are final sale. 

- All returnable merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and in its original condition with the original packaging intact.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping expense. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.
